INFORMATION ON EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

SAMPLE NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal:

A customer of our store who is a consumer under the Civil Code has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date of delivery. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your withdrawal from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of your right before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Effects of withdrawal:

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments you have made, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received the returned goods (postmark date).

We will refund your payments in the following ways:

In the case of Shoper Payments, the seller will refund you using the same payment method. If a refund is required for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will refund you to the bank account associated with the customer's payment card.

The seller will refund your payment using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different refund method that does not incur any costs for them.

In other cases, we will refund you by traditional bank transfer.

The customer will not incur any fees in connection with the returned goods.

Return/Exchange Procedure

1.1 Complete the "Withdrawal from Contract" form

1.2 Complete the "Exchange" form, purchase the exchanged goods without paying the fee and selecting the personal pickup option. Please include the phrase "Exchange" in the notes.

Pack the returned goods.

Include proof of purchase: receipt or invoice (a scan of the document is optional).

Include a form or scan of the withdrawal form and the transaction confirmation.

Secure the package before shipping.

Any unreported damage to the goods resulting from failure to secure the product before return will be added to the buyer's costs.

Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
